  Went in to get a laptop one had just been returned the lady said it would take her 4 hours to get it all cleaned out and ready to go, so she guaranteed me it would be at my house by 6pm the next day, I called to find out what was going on, the guy that answered the phone didn't even know anything about me.or my delivery and the manager said Everytime it would get close to getting done doing everything they needed to do it would shut off so meant it was bad. When I went to get my money back they were very rude no apologies nothing.They were wanting to charge me over 120$ a month. And the lady that waited on me was very unprofessional all she wanted to do was flirt with my son in law and husband and stand and brag how good she is in sales and guaranteeing stuff that she couldn't deliver, my overall experience with this rent a center was very unpleasant and I WILL NOT go back
